The Epsilon computer system is used by wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers throughout the UK and features everything that you’ll need to get your business running smoothly and efficiently. The job of managing your customer’s accounts has never been simpler. The system includes options for producing Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes. Customer discounting can also be setup on a per customer basis, so you can either discount across entire ranges or create unique prices or discounts for each customer for each product.  There are also options for producing customer’s monthly statements and a sophisticated Aged Debtors Report with “Drill Down”, to make debt chasing from the screen quick and simple. Customer credit limits can also be set and there are options for placing customer accounts on hold.

Managing your suppliers is just as simple. There are options for producing Purchase Orders and Debit Notes. There is also an option for Auto-Generating Purchase Orders which will suggest which products should be ordered based upon current stock figures and optionally, automatically create the Purchase orders for you. Full support for “Back To Back” ordering is also included so that stock can automatically be allocated to sales orders as soon as the goods are delivered. There is and Aged Creditors Report with “Drill-Down” which mirrors the Aged Debtors Report. Full Remittance Advice Options are also included so that managing your supplier accounts is quick and simple. You can also flag supplier invoices as disputed. There are also options for matching purchase orders to purchase invoices so that you can make sure that supplier invoices are not entered onto the system more than once.

The Stock Control module allows you to analyse all stock movements throughout your business and full stock history is available for each stock item entered into the system. Each product entered onto the system can have an unlimited number of suppliers. There are also options for stock transfers, Stock Adjustments and a fully featured stock take routine which supports either a full or rolling stock take.

All of this is backed by a full financial system which includes options for producing a Trial balance, P&L/Balance Sheet with “Drill-Down”, Bank Reconciliation routine, and VAT Return are also included. There are routines for Journal Entries and Multi-Company support is also available.
