We also extensively use remote support, so if you have a problem on screen, or even just a question, one of our support staff can connect directly to your workstation and answer any questions that you may have there an then. This requires no previous configuration at your end, all that is required is that you have a broadband Internet connection and access to the Internet from the workstation in question. Then, provided that we have your permission, one of our support staff can initiate a one off connection to remote control your workstation.
We can also, if required, arrange for a permanent remote connection to be setup, perhaps to a file server which does not require your permission. This way if you do have a problem our support staff can quickly and easily connect, even out of hours, and rectify the problem with the minimum of effort on you or your staff.
