If you have a problem on screen we can also arrange for one of our support personnel, with your permission of course, to connect directly to your computer and take a look at the problem first hand. For this you will need to contact us so that we can give you a six digit pin code, then it’s simply a case of typing the number into our Remote Support Connection page and following any on screen instructions.
